Choosing the perfect dumbbells for you

You'll choose dumbbells based on your fitness level and the muscle groups you work. Beginners will choose lighter weights, while experienced athletes will be looking for more of a challenge. 2 kg dumbbells can be used for starting lower body work, or for upper body muscles in athletes accustomed to strength training.
